Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and understand customer requirements.
• Generate sales through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Handle customer queries related to products/services and provide suitable solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
  Required Skills
• 13 years of experience in International Sales / International Voice Process / BPO Sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Candidates with US/UK/Australia or other international process experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
