We are hiring for International BPO Customer Service Voice Process across multiple locations in Mumbai.
LOCATION: Malad | Bhayander | Andheri | Thane | Vashi | Ghansoli

• Handle international customer queries through inbound calls
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
• Handle customer complaints, requests and escalations
• Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards
• Meet process-specific productivity and performance requirements
