About this role
We are hiring for an International Blended Process for Pune Aundh location. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, good typing speed, and at least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer interactions with accuracy and a professional approach.
- Meet process quality and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good typing speed and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
