• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including chat, email, and voice.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
• Stay updated with process changes and updates to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Experience in international blended processes, preferably in a BPO or call center setting.
• Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ecommerce chat, blended, and voice processes is an added advantage.
