Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international voice and non-voice process activities.
• Communicate professionally with US customers/clients as required.
• Handle outbound/inbound calls and provide accurate information.
• Perform data entry, documentation, and backend processing.
• Understand and follow process guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, transactions, and process updates.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Voice / Blended Process / Customer Support will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
• Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work from the Jaipur location.
