We have open positions for Inside B2B International Sales (US Voice Process) based in Hebbal Bangalore

Shift: US Rotational Shift

Saturday &Sunday Fixed week off

2 Way Cabs Provided up to 20KM

Core Responsibilities:
1. Experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C Outbound Sales.
2. Send introductory communication to customers in assigned territories, positioning yourself as their interim sales representative. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs during the transition period.
3. Sales Growth (Cross-Sell / Upsell)-Analyse customer accounts and business verticals to identify unmet needs. Proactively recommend relevant products or services. Present tailored solutions to expand account value and drive growth.

• What Were Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Voice Sales

Experience in change management & stakeholder management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
