International Air Ticketing Executive B2B Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Handle international airfare enquiries from B2B travel agents.
• Search, compare and quote competitive international airfares through GDS and supplier platforms.
• Independently manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations and refunds.
• Interpret fare rules, ticketing restrictions and airline policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and airlines to resolve ticketing and servicing requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, timely responses and excellent client service.
• Work in rotational shifts supporting our 24/7 operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on international air ticketing experience.
• Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Strong understanding of international fares, ticketing procedures and fare rules.
• Experience in B2B travel agency servicing or airfare consolidation preferred.
• Good written English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client enquiries.
