Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Client Acquisition; identify prospect and engage potential direct advertisers and agency partners within the performance marketing ecosystem.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and industry research.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Client Relationship Management; Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand International client objectives and recommend suitable performance marketing solutions across CPI, CPA, CPS, CPL models.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Sales & Revenue Growth; Support end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized campaign strategies that meet client goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling services.
• Market Research & Strategy; Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in affiliate and performance marketing.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support business growth initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis; Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular pipeline, revenue and business performance reports.
• Analyze business development metrics and provide insights to improve conversion rates and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Experience & Industry Knowledge; Up to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, affiliate marketing, performance marketing in onboarding international clients and agencies.
• Understanding of performance marketing, affiliate marketing and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills; Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Communication Skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to confidently interact with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills; Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
