International Accounts Specialist

We are looking for an experienced International Accounting / R2R professional with strong exposure to the EMEA region. The candidate should have hands-on experience in IFRS, General Ledger (GL), Record to Report (R2R/RTR), month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have worked in a Global Shared Services, Shared Service Center (SSC), or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment and should be comfortable supporting multiple entities/countries and working with global stakeholders.

Must Have:

• Strong experience in International Accounting, preferably covering the EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS.
• Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.
• Strong R2R/RTR (Record to Report) experience.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working on ERP systems.
• Prior experience in a Shared Services / SSC / GCC environment.
• Experience supporting multiple countries/entities is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
