UK Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) analysis.
• Process payroll and manage related statutory filings.
• Maintain clients books of accounts, including processing sales and purchase invoices, recording administrative expenses, and performing bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management accounts based on client requirements.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns within the prescribed deadlines.
• Reconcile various ledgers, including VAT, PAYE, loans, and other relevant accounts.
• Prepare timesheets and process payroll for clients.
• Communicate with clients and manage day-to-day workflows, address queries, and ensure timely and accurate task delivery with minimal errors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• ACCA qualified or pursuing ACCA, with a minimum of 10 papers completed.
• ICWA or CA Inter qualified candidates who are not pursuing further studies.
• M.Com graduates with relevant experience in UK Bookkeeping or UK Accounting.
• 14 years of experience in UK Bookkeeping.

• Job Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Full-time, with the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays off.
