We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Banking Voice Process Associate. This role involves assisting customers with their banking inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via voice calls related to international banking services.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role, preferably in banking or finance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations is a plus.

Qualification: 12th

Experience: Min 6 months of experience in BPO international voice process

Shift: Rotational shift,2 rotational off

salary: 3.5 lacks to 4.5 lacks

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
