Internal Talent Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct resume screening, telephonic screening, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline/database for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics.
• Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Prior recruitment experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
• Flexible to work in the 1 PM - 10 PM shift.
