Job Type : Long-term contractual position with a six-month renewal cycle

Shift Timings : Flexibility to work in any shifts (cab facility will be provided)

Qualification : Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field

Job Summary

We are looking for an Internal Control Specialist to support verification and monitoring of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. The role includes running and extracting ERP reports, reviewing and cleaning data, selecting samples for testing, checking supporting documents and transactions, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant teams to help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The candidate should be detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and download relevant ERP reports for OTC transactions, as required.
• Review ERP data for completeness and accuracy; clean up data by identifying duplicates, missing fields, incorrect entries, and other exceptions.
• Select samples from transaction reports for internal control testing.
• Verify sales orders, customer invoices, sales returns, credit notes, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare various reports, including sample testing summaries, exception reports, pending-item reports, and periodic OTC control reports.
• Maintain control checklists, supporting evidence, and records of findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with CSR, Sales, Logistics, and other relevant teams to clarify queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal audits and periodic reviews of the OTC process.
• Understand the audit plan and timeline, complete assigned activities within the agreed deadlines.

Required Skills

• Understanding of OTC business processes and controls.
• Excel and reporting capabilities, including sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
• Ability to work with ERP reports; experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Experience

• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in OTC, accounts receivable, billing, finance operations, reporting, or internal control will be preferred.
