The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications function in driving internal and external communication initiatives, including employee engagement, podcast content management, and strategic partnership coordination, while ensuring all communication efforts align with insights from the employee brand perception study.

1. Internal Communications & Engagement

• Support the Internal Communication to ensure smooth execution of internal communication activities, leadership messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain consistency, timeliness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to curate and maintain business and value stories from across GEG that highlight the brand personality.
• Track communication activities, maintain content calendars, and support reporting and documentation of communication initiatives
• Measure analytics and impact of internal communications activities.

2. Internal Podcast Management

• Lead planning, development, and coordination of internal podcast content.
• Ensure alignment with brand tone and messaging in collaboration with external podcast SPOC.

3. External Communications & Partnerships support

• Support external communications team in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement communication objectives.

Requisite Qualification

Essential

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred

Majors in English/ sociology is preferred.

Post-graduation in English Literature

Requisite Experience

Essential

Total 5 yrs of experience of which 3 yrs in content, events and internal communications.

Preferred

1. Corporate stint post agency experience
2. Stint in content creation
