Position Overview

Responsible for effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring customer commitments are aligned with internal capabilities, and continuously developing knowledge of Milestones capabilities and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with Delivery, Solutions, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Ensure customer requirements and commitments are aligned with internal capabilities and delivery capacity.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate issues, risks, and delivery concerns in a timely manner.
• Support internal teams in resolving customer-related challenges.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Milestones services, solutions, capabilities, and offerings.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on new solutions, technologies, and service offerings.
