Job Description:

We are looking for a Pre-Audit Executive with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company or a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-audits of purchase orders, invoices, bills, and payment requests before approval.
• Verify supporting documents, approvals, and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Review vendor bills, purchase transactions, and expense claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Check compliance with internal financial controls and authorization limits.
• Identify discrepancies, documentation gaps, and potential financial risks before processing transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve audit observations and documentation issues.
• Maintain pre-audit records and prepare reports on discrepancies and exceptions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company or a CA firm.
• Practical exposure to pre-audit, transaction verification, and internal controls.
• Good understanding of purchase, accounts payable, invoices, and payment processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Vadodara.

Important Note: Candidates with experience primarily in banking, statutory audit, taxation, or compliance are not suitable for this position.
