CTC: Up to 20 LPA (Sr. Manager)

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services / Banking

Qualification: MBA / PGDM/ MCom / CA preferred

We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit professional to manage risk-based audits and strengthen internal controls, processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Risk-Based Internal Audits (RBIA)
• Evaluate internal controls, SOPs, operational processes and regulatory compliance
• Prepare detailed audit reports, findings and recommendations
• Identify risks, control gaps and fraud-related red flags
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of audit work
• Coordinate with business teams and regulatory authorities during audits/inspections

• Recommend process improvements and risk mitigation measures

• Track audit observations and support timely closure

• Support development and training of audit team members
