Internal Auditor

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee internal, financial and process audit activities.
• Prepare and review audit reports, observations and recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial controls, SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, external consultants and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, financial control enhancement and automation.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA, Semi-Qualified CA, or a candidate with relevant experience in Audit and Finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in both Audit and Finance/Accounting is mandatory.
• Experience in Internal Audit, Financial Audit or Process Audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact confidently with senior management and cross-functional teams.
