Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Internal Auditor with a B.Com qualification to conduct internal audits, primarily focusing on stock verification and inventory control. The candidate will be responsible for conducting physical stock audits, verifying inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction-related businesses, or the automobile industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock audits and inventory verification at warehouses, factories, construction sites, and other business locations.
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records, ERP systems, and stock registers.
• Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, damaged goods, and potential pilferage.
• Verify inward and outward stock movements, purchase records, material consumption, and dispatch documentation.
• Conduct surprise stock checks and periodic internal audits at different locations.
• Prepare audit reports highlighting discrepancies, observations, and corrective actions.
• Check compliance with internal controls, company policies, and inventory management procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse, stores, accounts, purchase, and operations teams during audit assignments.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and follow up on corrective actions.
• Travel to factories, warehouses, project sites, and other locations as required for auditing purposes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed B.Com from a recognised university.
• Prior experience in stock auditing, inventory verification, internal auditing, or warehouse auditing will be preferred.
• Candidates with exposure to manufacturing, construction materials, automobile components, spare parts, or industrial inventory will be given preference.
• Good understanding of stock registers, inventory reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting or ERP software is desirable.
• Must be comfortable with extensive travel for audit assignments.
• Must possess strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 35,000–40,000, depending on experience and suitability.
• Work Location: Noida, Sector 136.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various company locations is mandatory.
• Travel reimbursement and other applicable benefits will be as per company policy.

The ideal candidate should be honest, detail-oriented, comfortable with fieldwork, and capable of independently conducting stock audits at multiple locations. Candidates who can identify inventory irregularities and provide accurate audit reports will be preferred.
