Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities

1. System Audit & Assurance

• Plan and execute audits for SAP, Darwinbox, Mantra, EQMS, LIMS and other ERP/automation platforms.
• Review configurations, access controls, master data governance, workflow integrity and system-dependent controls.
• Identify control gaps, assess business impact and recommend practical remediation.
• Coordinate with system owners, IT teams and external consultants to drive timely closure of observations.

2. IT General Controls (ITGC)

• Evaluate ITGC across change management, logical access, backup management, data centre operations and incident handling.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work directly with statutory auditors on reliance requirements for system and ITGC controls.

3. Digital Transformation Support

• Provide assurance across new digital initiatives, automation tools, workflow enhancements and system upgrades.
• Review design documents, UAT results and control points for major implementations.
• Highlight risks in technology-led processes and ensure controls are built from the design stage.

4. Data Analytics & Continuous Monitoring

• Develop dashboards and audit analytics for continuous control monitoring.
• Use system data to identify anomalies, exceptions and high-risk transactions.

5. Policy, SOP & Governance Support

• Assist in writing and revising system-related SOPs, access governance protocols and audit frameworks.
• Monitor compliance to IT-related policies.
