Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

Concurrent Audits: Perform real-time audits of products, loan disbursements, collections, and operational activities to guarantee adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Document Verification: Scrutinize accounting entries, loan documents, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Risk Identification: Identify and report any deviations, irregularities, or non-compliance with established procedures or regulatory requirements.
Control Measures: Assess internal controls, recommending improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Loan Portfolio Review: Examine loan portfolios, including applications, agreements, collateral valuation, and documentation to ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts, ledgers, and financial records to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance) to address audit findings, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations. Present findings to management and stakeholders.
