Role:

• Develop and execute the annual Internal Audit Plan based on business risks.
• Conduct audits covering Finance, Operations, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, risks and process inefficiencies.
• Review inventory, production costs, wastage, procurement and vendor management processes.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and investigations where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with practical recommendations and action plans.
• Present audit findings and risk areas to Senior Management / Audit Committee.
• Follow up on implementation of agreed corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in internal controls, governance and risk management.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and other functional teams to strengthen processes.
