Internal Audit - Telecom : Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Internal Audit, IFC/ICFR, and SOX compliance projects for telecom clients (prepaid 2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Manage network operations audits, revenue assurance, and prepaid lifecycle controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, design controls, and prepare audit reports for CXOs and Audit Committees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance.
• Drive business development through networking, proposal creation, and client relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk Advisory with telecom sector exposure.
• Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, prepaid processes, and regulatory compliance (DoT/TRAI).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) for revenue and network audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: CA/CPA/MBA, certifications like CIA/CISA.
