Position: Lead – Internal Audit
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: CA Inter with strong Articleship experience
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple internal audit assignments.
Prepare audit plans and conduct risk assessments.
Evaluate business processes, internal controls and IFC.
Identify operational, financial and compliance risks.
Supervise audit teams and review audit documentation.
Prepare audit reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Present audit findings to senior management and clients.
Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication.
Ensure audit quality and compliance with professional standards.
Mandatory Skills:
Internal Audit / Risk Advisory
Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
Risk Assessment and Audit Planning
Team Handling and Client Management
Strong knowledge of Governance and Internal Controls
