Your work profile.

• Executing Internal Audit /Project Audit/ Concurrent Audit/Advisory ( SOP,IFC, SOX, Risk Management) engagements in the Real Estate , Construction , Infrastructure , manufacturing, and energy/renewables domain
• Ability to effectively perform the technical components of risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the clients current risk state.
• Ability to perform end-to-end business process analysis and design.
• Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Ability to assess and design internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand the clients business, interpret sector trends, and learn leading practices,
• Ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.
• Ability to enhance quality and efficiency of recommended risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analysis.
• Ability to conduct internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies.
• Ability to set the stage for a successful assessment of client’s internal audit processes and controls by collecting and organizing data.
• Ability to enhance quality of assurance engagements by identifying risks, performing testing, researching governing regulations, and developing reports.
• Ability to form a core technology and data risk skillset through proactively conducting research, and participating to internal and external initiatives.
• Ability to leverage industry leading frameworks, methods, and tools to increase effectiveness of technology and data risk solutions
• Ability to lead engagements and ensure stakeholder management to a great extent on independent basis with minimal senior involvement.

Key skills required:

• Ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of internal audit methodology and nuances.
• Must have 1-3 years’ experience post qualification as an CA , 4+years as a Graduate/MBA/CA inter/PG professional with Execute Internal Audit, Project Audit, Concurrent Audit, and Advisory engagements (including SOP design, IFC, SOX compliance, and Risk Management) across sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG , Aviation, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure and Energy/Renewables, in line with approved methodologies, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and build a client base.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication with presentation and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
