Internal Audit - SAP Support

Reports to: Senior Internal Auditor

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Experience Required: CA Inter/ Bcom/ Mcom with 1-3 years relevant experience (3 positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and maintain audit master data, documentation, and evidence in SAP and other audit management systems.
• Support audit planning and execution by extracting, organizing, and validating data/reports from SAP.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of transaction master files and ensure accuracy of records for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve data or documentation gaps and ensure timely audit evidence collection for master files.
• Ensure compliance with data retention and documentation standards for internal audit.
• Assist auditors in maintaining updated audit trails and operational checklists related to SAP processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com/M.Com/ CA Inter with at least 1-3 years of experience (preferable in SAP support role or having good ERP Knowledge).
• Proficiency in SAP modules relevant to finance and audit and data management.
• Good organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across teams.
