REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The Internal Audit Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the company's internal controls and governance frameworks. Located in Mumbai, this position is within the Consulting sector, where the specialist will engage in comprehensive audit assignments across diverse business processes.

Description

- CA / Semi-Qualified CA / CA Finalist with relevant experience in internal auditing.
- 3-6 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or process audit, preferably within consulting or a Big 4 firm.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and control testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing RCMs, audit working papers, and audit reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP or Oracle ERP environments preferred.
