To qualify you must have:

• • Minimum 7 years of a “Big 4” or professional firm or professional industry experience in risk , internal audit or internal controls for Insurance/banking clients
  • In-depth experience in Operations, Finance or Regulatory Compliance reviews.
  • Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar).
  • Strong multi-project management skills.
  • Skilled at collaborating, motivating and guiding high performance teams.
  • Cognitive problem solving capabilities, quick decision making skills and ability to handle complex situations with a calm demeanour.
  • Exceptional command on spoken and written English
  • Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think differently and innovate
