Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive to support the Internal Audit function in conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits. The role involves evaluating internal controls, identifying process gaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in risk assessment activities across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audits and process reviews across different departments.
• Perform audit testing, transaction verification, and documentation of audit findings.
• Review financial and operational processes to identify control gaps and compliance risks.
• Prepare audit work papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in evaluating internal controls and recommending process improvements.
• Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and reconciliations to identify exceptions and irregularities.
• Follow up on audit observations and track closure of action items.
• Support risk assessment, compliance reviews, and special audit assignments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain information and clarify audit observations.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Internal Controls.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and report-writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance, or Internal Controls through internships or work experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with IFC, SOX, process audits, and compliance reviews.
