Training & Licensing:

Selected candidates will undergo the prescribed training and licensing process applicable to the role.

The shortlisted experienced professionals who are looking to leverage their experience, relationships and leadership capabilities in a new professional chapter will be invited to explore the opportunity through a Face-to-Face discussion with leadership team in Kotak Lifes office in Delhi.

The discussion will provide an opportunity to understand the IAP role, business model, hybrid working approach, earning framework.
