• 10+ years of relevant experience in UI design
• Create visually compelling and highly usable interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user requirements into functional designs.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions on time.
• Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow their skills.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
