The role involves managing crowds, assisting customers, ensuring a great customer experience, and supporting day-to-day cafe operations. Strong interactive and communication skills are the most important requirements, along with a friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude. Candidates should enjoy engaging with people and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required.
