You will support the team in driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by assisting in various sales and service activities. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to banking operations, client relationship management, and financial product knowledge, preparing you for a future career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
• Support customer onboarding processes by collecting and verifying necessary documentation and information.
• Help in conducting customer needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Participate in customer service activities, addressing queries and resolving issues under supervision to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare sales presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events to increase product awareness and customer engagement.
