Responsibilities:-

• Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers to promote banking products and services.
• Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries and resolving basic service issues under supervision.
• Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in financial services.
• Collaborate with team members to organize and participate in customer engagement activities and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and service requests using the bank's CRM tools.
