Responsibilities

• Visit assigned villages/areas for customer sourcing and relationship building
• Identify eligible customers for microfinance loan products
• Conduct group formation and center meetings
• Explain loan products and complete KYC verification
• Support loan application processing and field verification activities
• Ensure timely collection of EMI/loan repayments from customers
• Maintain daily field visit reports and customer records
