Intern

• Conduct testing and validation of organizational internal policies, controls, and procedures to assess effectiveness, compliance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform compliance testing of statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies, supporting the identification of compliance gaps and adherence to local legal obligations.
• Provide general administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed.
• Review and summarize legal and regulatory changes that may impact the company s operations.
• Maintain and organize compliance records and documentation.
• Assist in conducting research on privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices (Ex:GDPR, DPDPA, PDPL etc).
• Review RFPs, client contracts, and vendor agreements from a compliance and data privacy perspective, which will be a major responsibility of the intern.
• Stay informed about emerging privacy trends, developments, and regulatory changes.
• Assist with the development and implementation of compliance programs and initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated Intern - Compliance Data Privacy with 0 to 1 years of experience to work in compliance and Data Privacy. The role involves supporting compliance audits, conducting privacy assessments, reviewing contracts, responding to RFP s, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data protection regulations and information security standards.
