Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring Interior Designers. The intern will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and maintaining recruitment data.


Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent from various sources such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for tracking applications.
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
