Intern - Telecaller

Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Intern - Trainee to join our organisation. The Intern will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to the complete home loan process, including customer acquisition, documentation, field verification, coordination with Credit and Operations, and customer servicing.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
• Assist in calling prospective customers and understanding their home loan requirements.
• Support collection of KYC, income, property, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with customers for pending documentation and case follow-ups.
• Assist the team in processing home loan applications as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth case processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and application records in the system.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status and documentation.
• Understand company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements related to housing finance.
• Achieve assigned learning and business targets during the training period.
