Intern required for IMC event in Delhi for 5 days

Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Delhi, India, for a 5-day IMC event. The intern will support event operations, including assisting with booth setup, managing visitor flow, answering basic questions about Kverty's AI and voice solutions, and sharing informational materials. Daily tasks may include coordinating with event organizers, capturing visitor details, scheduling follow-ups, and documenting interactions and feedback for the team. The intern will also help with live product demonstrations under guidance, maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the booth, and provide end-of-day summaries of activities. This internship offers exposure to AI-driven products, event management, and client engagement in a fast-paced tech startup setting.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and a professional customer-facing demeanor.
• Candidates should possess basic event support and organizational skills, such as time management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Candidates should possess foundational technical curiosity or familiarity with AI, voice assistants, or conversational technologies, and a willingness to learn product details quickly.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, including the ability to handle on-the-spot questions, resolve minor issues, and adjust to changing event requirements.
• Candidates should possess reliability and work ethic, including punctuality for all 5 days, readiness to stand or move for extended periods, and a collaborative attitude with the Kverty team.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in engineering, computer science, business, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior event, sales, or tech internship experience is a plus.
