Intern - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Collect and maintain candidate documents and records
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities

Requirements:

• BBA / MBA (HR preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
