ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on intern to support our day-to-day production, inventory and order fulfilment activities.

The role will involve working with the production and packaging teams, assisting with movement and checking of products and materials, supporting sample development and helping prepare orders for dispatch. This is a hands-on opportunity to understand how products move from production to final fulfilment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production Support

• Assist the production team with day-to-day activities across cutting, stitching, embroidery and finishing.

• Help track the movement of products through different production stages.

• Assist with movement of materials and finished products between production and inventory.

• Flag delays, shortages or issues to the Merchandise Planner.

2. Inventory & Material Support

• Receive and count finished products coming from production.

• Assist with basic stock and return checks.

• Help check availability of fabrics, trims and other production materials.

• Assist with basic quality checks where required.

3. Sampling Support

• Assist the design and merchandising teams with sample development.

• Help coordinate the movement of fabrics, trims and samples between teams.

• Follow up on the physical progress of samples and flag any delays.

4. Order Fulfilment

• Receive order details from the Merchandise Planner and assist with picking and packing.

• Work with the packaging team to ensure orders are correctly checked, labelled and packed.

• Prepare packed orders for dispatch.

• Assist with receiving and checking returned orders.

5. Daily Tracking

• Share updates on production, inventory and fulfilment activities with the Merchandise Planner.

• Maintain basic records of production, packing and returns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers and candidates pursuing a relevant course may apply.

• Interest in fashion, textiles, production, merchandising or e-commerce.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, onsite environment.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Detail-orientated and comfortable working with products and quantities.

• Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.

• Prior exposure to garment/textile production will be an advantage.
