Based on the People function selected or assigned-Employee Relations (ER), Learning Development (LD), Talent Acquisition (TA), HR Operations, or Program Management Office (PMO)-the intern will:

• Partner with relevant People team members and stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and project requirements.
• Support projects and initiatives specific to the selected functional area.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to identify relevant industry trends, leading practices, tools, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of people programs, processes, frameworks, and solutions.
• Support day-to-day activities and deliverables within the selected function while gaining practical exposure to HR policies, processes, and practices.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, documentation, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communications, as applicable to the role.
• Support the rollout of new programs or initiatives, gather stakeholder feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other People functions and business teams to understand how different areas of HR work together to support the organization.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely and high-quality execution of projects and activities.
  

• Strong academic record.
