The People Team: The People team’s vision is to enrich the lives of every team member at Dun & Bradstreet globally. The team is comprised of six distinct functions cross-collaborating to achieve our collective goals: Business Partners; Talent Acquisition; Compensation & Benefits; Learning & Development; Organizational Development and Analytics. We have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner Analyst (PBP) supporting client groups in India Solutions Center based in Hyderabad, India.
The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern to join our People team. The incumbent will assist the People Business Partner working in the areas of new hire onboarding, culture & engagement, learning and leadership development and be part of the team driving multiple people related projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Support the internal employee groups with planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events, surveys and recognition programs.
- Learning and Development: Assist in organizing the training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities. Help track the attendance and measure the effectiveness of the programs through feedback surveys.
- Act as a liaison and provide general assistance to the People team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a post-graduation degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Be able to communicate in crisp and concise manner with employees across levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
