As a Operations Intern (Patient Engagement), youll help us bring real patient stories to life by engaging with users, understanding their journeys, and using creative tools to craft authentic testimonials and insights.

What You'll Do

• Interact with patients to capture genuine feedback and experiences that inspire others.
• Use AI-driven tools to organize and edit testimonials (text, audio, or video).
• Assist the marketing team in designing digital and on-ground engagement campaigns.
• Support daily coordination for patient follow-ups and experience tracking.
