BACKGROUND

Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs. THF works with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.

Process to start an internship at THF

Interested candidates must submit a complete internship application, including a resume, a statement of interest.
The HR team will review all applications and conduct interviews or assessments to evaluate the candidates qualifications and suitability for the internship position.
Interns are expected to fulfil assigned duties and responsibilities related to their area of study or the purpose of their internship.
Interns are expected to diligently perform their assigned tasks, maintain regular attendance, and adhere to the organizations policies, code of conduct, and professional standards.
Interns may be required to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other organizational activities as deemed necessary.
Interns must fulfil any mandatory requirements of their institute before starting the internship.

Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience Other requirements (, Language, Certifications etc.)

Fresher
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail and flexibility.
Excellent written oral communication skills, fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
