Intern/Junior - Graphic Designer

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai [Hybrid]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This is a full-time Graphic Design Intern role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Graphic Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, presentations, marketing collaterals, and basic layouts.
• Day-to-day tasks include assisting with logo design and branding concepts, creating and refining graphics, and preparing files for production or client presentations.
• The intern will work closely with designers and account teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, while also participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh, innovative ideas.
• The role involves regular image editing, adapting designs for multiple formats, and incorporating feedback to improve design quality.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to contribute to Logo Design and Branding projects, supporting consistent and recognizable brand identities.
• Proficiency in Image Editing and basic visual enhancement for digital and print assets.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.
