About this role
As an IT Services & Support Intern, you will support the day-to-day IT operations related to Incident Management, Service Request Management, and IT Asset Management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical experience in IT service delivery while working alongside experienced professionals.
Preferred Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BCA/MCA/BTEch or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with IT Service Management concepts (Incident, Service Request, Asset Management) will be an added advantage
