Intern Investment Banking

Education: Pursuing MBA / CA / CFA / Graduation in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

We are seeking motivated interns to join our Investment Banking team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial research, deal analysis, and preparation of client materials, providing an excellent learning opportunity in corporate finance and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out extensive industry or company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible investment banking mandates.
• Prepare detailed reports, market overviews, and investor profiles.
• Assist in developing investment memoranda, pitch decks, teasers, management presentations, and financial models.
• Support outreach to potential companies via email or phone when required.
• Track sector trends, market developments, and deal activity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MBA / CA / CFA / Graduation in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong research, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
