Intern - HRBP

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic HRBP Intern to support HR business partnering initiatives, talent acquisition, and employee experience programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to workforce planning, talent management, and engagement initiatives.

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support talent identification and sourcing activities for open roles
• Assist in talent acquisition including screening and coordination
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
• Help manage employee communication (emails, newsletters, announcements)
• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and polls
• Assist in implementing recognition and reward programs
• Maintain HR trackers and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR initiatives and projects
• Provide administrative support to HRBP and broader HR team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBA graduate (Human Resources preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in HR business partnering and talent management
• Basic knowledge of HR practices (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to job portals, will be preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
