What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders on business-critical projects (growth, partnerships, product, operations)
- Break down ambiguous problems and drive them to execution
- Build and optimize internal processes, systems, and workflows
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic insights
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execution
- Track key metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate across teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, HR) to ensure alignment
- Take ownership of special projects — from idea to execution
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally
- High ownership: you don't wait to be told what to do
- Excellent communication and structured thinking
- Comfort working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Basic understanding of startups, business models, and growth
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or similar
- Prior internship/startup experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Ability to learn fast, execute faster
- Work directly with founders — no middle layers
- Exposure to real startup decision-making
- Build 0→1 execution experience across functions
- Opportunity to convert into a full-time core team role
